Homegrown,
with smokey, basil/garlic aioli
Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients
Aioli
½ cup mayonnaise (Dukes)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons freshly chopped, basil
¼ to ½ teaspoon freshly minced, garlic
Freshly ground black pepper
Note: If preferred, toast the bread before assembling sandwich.
Seasoned Tomatoes
Homegrown tomatoes thinly sliced
Salt & pepper
Good quality olive oil
White balsamic vinegar
21 grain bread or similar
Aioli
Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl and season with black pepper.
Seasoned Tomatoes
Arrange the tomatoes onto a plate, drizzle with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar, then season with salt & pepper.
Assembly
Spread some of the aioli onto a slice of bread, top with tomato slices and a second slice of bread and serve.
For a BLT add crispy bacon & lettuce!!!
