
Elderflower, Pear
Green Tea Fizz
Ingredients
4 cups spring water
6 green tea bags
1/2 cup honey
2 cups pear nectar
1/2 cup St. Germain liqueur
1 cup Limon' Rum
Brut champagne
Lemons
Fresh lemon balm herb or fresh mint, muddled
Directions
Bring the spring water to a simmer, remove from heat and steep the tea bags. Stir the honey into the hot tea and let cool.
Pour into a pitcher, add the pear nectar, St.Germain liqueur, Limon' rum and stir.
Add lemon balm and squeeze in some sliced lemon rounds. Pour into glasses filled with ice and splash with champagne.
