1 ounce Smirnoff caramel flavored vodka
1/2 ounce regular vodka
1/2 ounce Stirrings apple liqueur
1 ounce apple cider
Apple slices for garnish

Pulse peanuts in a food processor until crumbled or place peanuts in a ziplock bag and pound with a mallet. Do not pulse too long or peanuts will become oily.
Place peanuts on a small plate and spread out. Squeeze caramel sauce onto another plate. Twist martini glass in caramel sauce and then peanuts.
Place all ingredients in a martini shaker filled with CRUSHED ice and shake vigorously. Let rest 2 minutes for ice to melt. Rim martini glass with caramel sauce and peanuts. Pour shaker contents into martini glass and garnish with apple slice.
