Caramel Apple


1 ounce caramel flavored vodka

1/2 ounce regular vodka

1/2 ounce apple liqueur

1 ounce apple cider 

Salted peanuts

Caramel sauce

Apple slices for garnish



Pulse peanuts in a food processor until finely chopped. Do not over-pulse or peanuts will become oily. Add some caramel sauce and peanuts onto separate saucer plates. Twist the the martini glass into the caramel sauce and then the peanuts.

Add all of the ingredients to a martini shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously. Let rest 2 minutes for ice to melt some. Pour into martini glass and garnish with an apple slice.
