Spiced Pear, 

Gin Fizz

Chocolate Ganache

½ cup  dark chocolate chips (Toll House)

½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

½ cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temp

Sea salt

CRF Pie Crust

Note: You will need a food scale and food processor for this recipe. 

14 ounces all purpose flour (King Arthur)

1 1/4 teaspoons table salt

1 tablespoon sugar

with chocolate ganache, whipped cream and toasted walnuts
