Tropitini The Taste Of Paradise
1 oz Bacardi Limon rum
1 oz Malibu coconut rum
1/4 oz Hiram Walker Creme De Banana liqueur
1/4 oz Stirrings ginger liqueur
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Pineapple rings cut in halves
Sliced banana rounds
Sweet coconut flakes
White sugar
Lime wedges
Martini glasses
Martini shaker
Crushed ice
For Rim: Pulse equal parts coconut and sugar in a food processor until coconut is fine. Mix rums, liqueurs, orange juice and pineapple juice together and pour into a martini shaker filled halfway with crushed ice. Shake and let rest 2 minutes. Rub rim of martini glass with fresh lime juice and spin into coconut/sugar mixture. Fill martini glasses, place 1/2 ring of pineapple on edge and float banana rounds. Add mint sprig.
