Cut 4 inch PVC pipe to 16 inch length. Sand down rough edge. Wash PVC pipe and caps with soapy water and dry. Spray first coat with black paint. Let dry 1 hour and then spray with silver metallic paint and let dry. Squeeze Liquid Nails onto each end bottom of metal handle and center on top of painted PVC pipe. Press to hold in place, being careful not to smear. Place in a safe place and let dry. Place a book on each side of tackle box to keep from rolling.
