Cool Off With
"Fruit Infused Teas"
Strawberry Watermelon
32 ounces fresh strawberries juiced
4 cups seedless watermelon juiced
1-12 ounce frozen apple juice concentrate
5 white tea bags
Sieve
Ice
Extra fruit for garnishing
A juicer is really necessary for these drinks but If you do not have one, process fruits in a blender and sieve.
First brew the white tea bags with 2 cups of water and let cool.
Be sure to wash fruits thoroughly before juicing. Once you have finished juicing, double sieve the juices to remove pulp and discard. Pour juice into a glass pitcher, add apple juice concentrate and white tea. Mix well.
Serve over lots of ice with sliced fruits in tall glasses.
Serves 6 (8 ounce glasses)
Cantaloupe Nectarine and Mango
4 cups cantaloupe juiced
6 nectarines juiced
1 1/2 cups mango nectar
1/2 cup frozen white grape juice concentrate
4 green tea bags
Juice of 1 lime
Sieve
Ice
Extra fruit for garnishing
First brew the white tea bags with 2 cups of water and let cool.
Be sure to wash fruits thoroughly before juicing. Once you have finished juicing, double sieve the juices to remove pulp and discard. Pour juice into a glass pitcher, add mango nectar, white grape juice concentrate, green tea and fresh lime juice. Mix well. Serve over lots of ice with sliced fruits in tall glasses.
